• Professional bulk orders (100-10,000 packs)
• Family packs (5-25 packs)
• Sample packs for evaluation

2.2 Nice List Feature

Our Nice List feature creates personalized Santa messages. This service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Mi Amigo Santa. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

3.2 Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order placement.

3.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

• Production: 5-7 business days from approved artwork
• Custom backing cards may add 1-2 days

4.2 Shipping Methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

4.3 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Mi Amigo Santa are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Defective Products

We will replace defective products at no charge. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos of the defect.

5.2 Custom Orders

Custom printed backing cards are non-refundable once production begins.

5.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mi Amigo Santa and protected by copyright laws.

By submitting custom artwork or information for backing cards, you grant us a license to use this content solely for fulfilling your order.
